My superior room was modernly furnished & decent sized. There were tea and coffee making facilities, and fridges, really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was so close to shopping malls, and the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the check in was early. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were not very friendly:)))

The suites at Ngong Hills Hotel are absolutely amazing! The master bedroom feels so luxurious with the soft Egyptian linen, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom is like a little oasis with its bathtub and shower head. I loved taking a relaxing soak in the tub before getting ready for the day. The sitting room with the kitchenette and balcony is a great touch! It's so convenient to have a space to prepare snacks and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the outside views through the large windows.

Personally, I found the room to be a bit too spacious. It felt a little overwhelming, but I can see how others might appreciate the extra room to spread out and relax.

The beds were super comfy, like sleeping on clouds. The staff was mad cool and always had our backs. The restaurant and bar vibes were lit, with dope decor and bomb food and drinks that hit the spot. The breakfast buffet was straight fire, full of all the good stuff.

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more live music and a dance floor. We wanted to turn it up and get our groove on, but the party scene was kinda mellow.

During my New Year's stay at this hotel, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the great service provided by the staff. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, including plenty of fresh fruits, and the restaurant was conveniently located within the hotel. I also enjoyed the modern decor of the room and the fact that there was free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. It was great that I could easily access nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance.

While my stay was pleasant, there were a few minor issues that could have been better. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger, and the bathroom fixtures were a bit outdated.

The entire team, from the room service staff to the cleaners, were professional and respectful. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the restaurant/bar area had great decor. The food and drinks were delicious and served promptly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had.
